L-Histidine is an essential amino acid that supports normal histamine production. NAC (N-acetylcysteine) is an amino-like substance that helps clear mucous and protects tissue. Stinging Nettle is a traditional herb shown to significantly reduce mucous and help reduce nasal congestion. MSM- helps to soften the cell's walls, allowing allergens, foreign proteins, and free-radicals to be moved out of the body.
