This product can be used in the following phases of the Atkins Diet™:
Phases 2, 3 4

1 cup of half and half
1 whole egg

Pancake Directions:

Blend all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add the half and half and egg. Whisk batter. Let the mixture sit for at least 5 minutes to activate the baking powder. Coat pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Cook the pancakes on the pan using medium heat. Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear on top and edges start to cook. Recipe makes 10, 4 inch pancakes.

About 3 Net Carbs per pancake
(Berries and butter pat not included)

Waffle Directions:

Follow the same recipe as the pancakes. Pour the batter in the center of the waffle iron. Cook waffles in iron (about 1 - 1.5 minutes or until ready). Recipe makes 5 waffles.
