EXERCISING With all the BODY SLENDER:
1. Place on the flat work surface. To safeguard the floor, place a mat underneath the Body Slender.
2. Adjust height of the Body Slenders steps with all the step height adjuster.
3. Click the red button to cycle from the following functions: steps per minute, step count, time, calories expended, and scan (which continuously cycles through all of the above every 5 seconds).
4. First step on one foot plate, then your other, and begin stepping or swivelling motion.
5. Recommended session time: Fifteen minutes, or in accordance with preference.
6. After use, click on the button to turn off of the LCD display.
