Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of your hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs - rotating area each time. Menstruating Women: Apply on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 27th day. Perimenopausal Women: Apply on the 7th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 27th day. Menopausal Women: Apply for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a five-day break. Consult a qualified health care professional before using this product if you have concerns about your health, if you have a medical condition, if you are or may become pregnant or if you are nursing.
Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, or intend to become pregnant. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Use intended for adults 18 years of age and older.
