Nature's Way Echinacea-Goldenseal contains goldenseal root, echinacea stem, leaf, and flower, burdock root, gentian root, cayenne pepper, and more.
While it is a great product to take, side effects may include fever, vomitting, or indigestion.
Take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food. For optimal results, take for 6-8 weeks followed by a two week break before restarting use.
