Recommendations
One tablet, or more, taken before or with milk products, provides suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of the following foods (since the need for lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirements may vary): 4 ounces of milk or 5 ounces of yogurt or 4 ounces of buttermilk or 4 ounces of kefir or 8 ounces of cottage cheese. Larger serving sizes will required additional tablets (2 tablets for 8 ounces of milk) as an average ration to help alleviate the inability to digest milk or milk products.
