In a published human clinical study in Australia, using a randomized crossover format, healthy adults took two 50mg of powder CoQ10 capsules or Twinsorb CoQ10 softgels in the morning. Blood was drawn before taking the supplement and at intervals up to 36 hours. Blood serum CoQ10 levels were compared to the baseline levels.
