It is recommended that every adult get 20-30 grams of fiber daily, yet the majority of Americans consume only 14 grams of fiber each day. Each serving of this delicious formula provides 4 grams per serving of dietary fiber making it easier to get all the daily fiber you need.
Ultimate Fiber is formulated with a proprietary blend of nutrients needed to enhance digestion and promote elimination.
Psyllium is one of the most popular forms of fiber and has a long history of use. It is a bulk-forming fiber which helps speed bowel transit time. Included are marshmallow and slippery elm that have been traditionally used to support the protective mucous lining of the intestines. Lactobacillus acidophilus is contained in this formula to help promote the health of the digestive tract and maintain a healthy balance of microflora or "friendly bacteria". FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) helps promote levels of "good" bacteria in the digestive tract. When mixed with water, Nature's Secret Ultimate Fiber tastes great.
(Adult) Mix one (1) tablespoon (7 g) in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or juice once or twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Product should be refrigerated after opening.
